Price Promise
Remember our famous PRICE PLEDGE - if you see a product cheaper anywhere we will strive to match, or in most cases beat it - but please let us know and give us the challenge! We would rather be given the chance than lose the sale.

Security
This site uses the secure site oxsecure.com for its secure transactions, which uses RapidSSL security technology. When you go through the payment process, you will see the "padlock" icon appear in your browsers status bar as a sign that you are on a secure site.
All your details are kept securely and credit card details are automatically purged as soon as they have been processed.
We will never use your details for marketing, or pass them on to anyone else.

Returns
If any product that you recieve is not of a satisfactory condition, or of an accurate description as ordered, you may return them for a replacement or refund of the product price. We are unable to refund the postage or any insurance. To return an item please enclose a copy of your invoice, and you must get a return reference from us. This must be done within 7 days of receipt and all original packaging complete and in good condition with all labels attached.

If your goods are damaged on receipt, this must be reported within 2 days to enable us to refund/exchange your goods.
We will not be held responsible untill the item reaches us. So all items need to be sent back on a 2nd or 1st class recorded delivery.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.

Where items are bought as gifts we can only refund the original payer.
